Chip Mong Group broke ground on July 12 to build a new Chip Mong Sen Sok shopping mall, located at The Parkland Sen Sok on Mong Rithy Street.
Chip Mong Sen Sok, a shopping mall project of Chip Mong Retail, a subsidiary of Chip Mong, has 4-storey which is a luxurious design in the modern era.
“Expected to be finished in 2020, this premium community shopping mall will cater to the needs of the residents in the Sen Sok District,” according to its official Facebook post.

Key retail categories will include a supermarket, a fitness center, a cinema, children’s playground, specialty F&B, food‐court, and popular fashion/sports active brands. There will be a parking space for 400 cars and another 400 motorcycles.
In the last period, AEON Mall had opened its Aeon 2 and will launch Aeon 3 in the south of Phnom Penh. Not only AEON Mall, but also the Makro Market had opened its first brand in Phnom Penh, located in Sen Sok District.
